Ionic Voice Signature
A voice signature option is now accessible in the Ankota Caregiver App. This is for clients who are unable to use the signature pad due to dexterity issues,
To collect client's voice signature, the caregiver will need to clock in to the visit. Upon arrival and/or departure the app will request a signature.
To capture the client's voice signature, do the following:
- Select the gray button Voice Signature
- Allow access to microphone
- Select Start Recording
- Have Client Say their Name and Date
- Stop Recording
- There will be a successfully uploaded file notification. Here you will select Ok
- You can then select Play Recording to check on the quality of the recording and redo the recording by selecting Start Recording as needed
- Select Save and continue completing the visit.
