Editing a Care Plan

The steps to edit care plans are...   


Click "Clients," select the client



Enter the clients first or last name in the "Filter" box and click "Search"



Click the "Care Plans" 



Select the care plan by clicking the "plan name". 



You'll  see the items presently on the plan.  Click "Update" and you can check  new items or uncheck no longer needed items. Then click "Assign Selected  Items".  





Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click "Save Values".
