How to Calculate Payroll

To calculate payroll:

  • Go on the main menu, choose Billing and choose Calculate Billing and Payroll.



  •  Change "Operation" to "Payroll"      
  • Enter  the date range.  (Optionally you can do one client in payroll, which  can be useful if you need to “redo” a check or pickup a stray timecard.)
  • Then select "Search for Payable Items".



NOTE   You may want to extend your “Date From” further into the past to pick up visits that weren’t closed in time for the last payroll run.

  • You will see the visits that will be in the payroll export. 
  • If  you see obvious issues such as $0 pay because caregiver doesn’t have a  pay table) you can go fix the problem and then come back here and rerun  before exporting.


Check the box next to each item you would like to create a payment for (the top check box will select all).

Check the box next to "view after creation"

Click on "create payment"
