Troubleshooting EVV (Caregiver can't clock in)

Whenever a caregiver calls and says they cannot clock into Ankota, please follow these steps to see if it's an user error or system error:


Step 1: Click on Scheduling



Step 2: Click on "Schedule Board"



Step 3: Hover your mouse over the name you are looking for. A box will pop up. Get the Worker ID and PIN from here.



Step 4: Find the dial in  phone number at the top of the calendar:



Step 5: Call the number using the employees ID and PIN. If you are able to hear their schedule according to the schedule board's schedule  there is no problem with the caregiver's login information. If you hear a system error or do not hear the schedule represented on the schedule board, please call support at 844-4ANKOTA ext 2 or email us at support@ankota.com.
