Client Detail Printout

The Client Detail Printout details what has been recorded through EVV. The report is a great tool to prepare for auditing.

To accessing this report:

Click on Reporting.   


Then go to Client Detail Report.



You will see a Department Dropdown box. (This enables you to select all if needed).

Next choose your Start Date and End Date. 

You have the ability to:  Include former holding, and deceased clients , Include Visit Notes, and/or Include Visit Details.



You can select a specific Client Name or Care Plan. 


You can either select one client, but clicking on the client's name and select search


Or you can select multiple clients by clicking on the top name, scrolling to the bottom, hitting shift and the bottom name and all names will appear in blue and run a report for everyone. 



We recommend to run this report monthly. Download as Excel file and save by the month for which you ran the report. Each tab will represent one client's information. You can rename tabs and save for auditing checks. Any days that do not have data, you will need to acquire a paper time sheet because that signifies that data was not recorded through EVV.
