Authorized Vs Delivered Services Report

Ankota has added a new Reporting Sections to our menu called "New Reports".  If you do not have "New Reports" configured in your environment, please contact an Ankota Representative.

Within the New Reports tab, there are three categories: Careivers, Clients and Billing.

For the Authorized Vs. Delivered Services you will navigate to the Billing tab as indicated below.

Like most Ankota Reports, this report has a variety of filters in which you can further define your search. By default it will choose "All".  

Select the date range and click "Submit".

The report will record the office, client name along with their DCN, the count (if entered), Visit Type, the authorized units and delivered units.  Along with this it defines the Billed Units and Billable Units Not Billed while giving you the variance and compliance of the authorization.

This is an additional report that can be beneficial for ensure authorizations are being committed to their fullest.
