Report Client Concerns

When it is time to report departure, you will be prompted after the signature section to Report any concerns. This is a separate section from regular notes. Here you will report examples such as: refusal of medication, refusal to eat, falls, behavioral changes, etc.

There is an option to add a photo of the concern you are reporting.
