Your mobile app environment may have more details on the visit details, special requirements or warnings based on your administrator's requirements preferences. In addition, your mobile app may have special features not listed in our general walkthrough. See the list below to learn more about your special features.
- No Show Reporting (after clock-in) with a unique No Show button
- Missed Visit Reporting
- View Visit History of past caregiver notes
- Add Care Plan Item to visit "add-on" to the care plan, or by code (primarily for Private Pay and Virginia)
- Rework Function (redo or complete visits if requested by Admin)
- Report Client Concerns (separate section from regular notes)
